Luke at Scrivener Carpentry designed and custom made 2 large floor to ceiling bookcases in collaboration with my chosen electrician, (JCG Electrical Services). Luke’s precise carpentry and flawless paint finish is an example of superb workmanship resulting in a high quality bookcases exceeding my expectations. They are a pleasure to look at.

We have an awkward layout in our living room as we have a fireplace but no chimney breast alcoves, so the challenge was how to create some storage space on the flat wall. Luke built some fantastic custom units (TV cabinet and a cupboard) as well as some chunky floating shelves for us, and it's exactly what we needed. He did a brilliant job and we're really pleased with the result!

Luke has been great at keeping in touch about the work work and when it came to installing the doors. He made sure that all the carpets were protected.All 8 doors installed in two days. I would recommend him to do any carpentry work

I would highly recommend Luke. He built some wardrobes for me and had some good ideas to maximise space and overall finish was very neat. He was punctual, tidy and finished the work on time and on budget. His communication was great and very pleasant. I would definitely use him again.

Luke was great. He installed our kitchen which we had purchased from a kitchen company. Although he didn’t plan the kitchen he knew exactly how to install it and did so with great attention to detail. He is a highly skilled workman. Luke was punctual, tidy, and friendly. Luke fitted our block of flats with 5 fire doors having been advised by an assessor. Luke helpfully read the report to fit doors to the exacting specification. Luke paid real attention to detail and worked quickly, professionally and kept the place very clean and tidy. He is very friendly and approachable. Had (Luke)scriveners do a couple of bespoke items for us on two separate occasions and all I can say is what a true craftsman he is polite friendly and his work is of very high end finish will definitely be using again
